    The difference the examples that the one person questioned:
    “Does that go to Uber? Does that go to Lyft? Does that go to the personal chefs that bring food on property or go cook in the DVC Villas? Does that go to the charcuterie services that are offered and sold on property?”

    Are completely different because a person doesn’t need any kind of admission to do these, if you buy admission of any kind, it clearly states you can’t use it for commercial activities. And the 3rd party tour guides are not a gray area, they have always been banned.
