Disney provides Tour Services, so running a business to provide Tours at Disney would be contrary to Disney’s interests…

Yet, I know there are people who bring hired help with them to care for their kids particularly at Hotels; Disney provides Baby Sitting Services, which would be on the same parallel of being contrary to Disney’s interests…

Disney rents electric scooters, yet people get rental scooters delivered to Disney Hotels from outside companies making a business from this.

There can be numerous services and even products sold by outside businesses which are used and make their way into Disney…

It would seem the decision to stop any such activities would be based upon some kind of heightened detrimental activities, which Disney has the right to put a stop to as it is private property.

It is unfortunate that whatever has been happening, has developed itself to the point of taking action.

I guess people can’t just go with their family and enjoy themselves anymore; too many people are looking to get the edge on others in some way.

Things might seem too complicated and Guests are trying to purchase knowledge to get around things…

Yet still it remains that Disney sells Guided Tours, and there lay the conflict of interests.
