That’s not business intervening in politics. Had they let’s say, threatened their employees to vote against the bill or even voice their disapproval against the bill, that would be one thing. Instead a person at Disney spoke out against the bill and others agreed. We are all entitled to our own opinions and should not fear retaliation from the government when we do so. What Disney had the insight to recognize that in order to fulfill the dreams he hadd to create Disney world he needed to make sure that everything was perfect. Included the streets the source systems the way that Trash is handled Within Disney world it’s incredible. The problem with governments is that it leads to corruption and it shouldn’t but it does.

My first visit to Disneyland was in 1963 , I grew up 4 blocks from Disneyland . Both my daughters also grew up with a strong Disney presence . I have over 2000 visits to Disney, so I consider myself as part of the Disney family in fact both my daughters went through the Disney College Program and both are full time employees at Walt Disney World for the past 7 years.
