Its actually true at one time (1990’s era) a HM hotel was on the drawing board, but was scrapped because Disney was concerned on how it may be for guests of any age range.
Who knows if the rumors of the fifth gate Villains Park ever comes to be, then some type of haunted resort may fit right in.

Alot of the charm of the HM is the effects that go into it…might be hard to replicate that for hotel guests.
