Building it in UK would have been 10 times worse….on some dingy island especially now with Brexit. At least Paris has good weather and getting to other parts of Europe is easier
I have been there early this year with my wife. It was her birthday and they should give her a brochure. After several minutes in a big line for complaining, neither of the 2 Parks had it or even try to be gentile. Poor care. Poor training. They don’t have the Magic.
I’ve been there. It was far less than magical. I wish I had known what to expect. I would go again…..for one day. Regret having paid for 3 days stay. The app does very little and basics like show reservations and character dinings aren’t shown on the app. You’re just supposed to remember that you booked something 2-3 months ago.
I have been going to disneyland paris since I was a kid and trust me it will not be closing down. Weekends are always full capacity and so are the school holidays and it is the most popular theme park in europe
Firstly yes it’s busy queues long but once you’ve passed through those gates you feel the nostalgia and feel like a princess or a child all over again and your made so welcome and special everyday so why shut it down and anyway UK has legoland and alton towers and they really should combine all of them and build one park and stick to it
I grew up going to the original Disneyland in Anaheim, and I visit there still as often as I can. It’s the best park, with Walt’s hand still showing in many places.
But Disneyland Paris is closer, and has it’s own charm. I love it too. The only problems I’ve seen have been the seemingly neverending strikes that seem to be just part of French culture. Not just strikes at the parks, but transportation and so on. Those seem to be the biggest problem. Not the parks themselves.

The European park should never have been built in Paris. They should’ve built it in the UK where it would’ve had a much better chance of thriving.

I’ve been to both parks in France & enjoyed both very much. I can’t imagine Disney closing them. Total nonsense.

We went in March. It was wonderful. We will be going back in 2025 and taking our granddaughter. One of the best Disney Parks!
