The only way this could work is to make it animated (possibly in the style of Spiderverse) so MJ can still visibly be EO, and to use clips of MJ’s voice and AI (trained really really well using MJs voice) to voice the animated EO.
Otherwise, it just shouldn’t be done.
MJ is Captain EO, and nobody else should play EO in a live action film.
