The Genie Back in the Bottle?….(Hopefully)

OMG…This is the best announcement in the last few years.

That “Nutty Professor” reservation, what a headache, making guests uncomfortable, leading to guests being so fustrated DisneyWorld loosing guests which equates to loss of $$$$ and reputation.

Now…Could a possible acquistion by Apple see a different system in place which would promote Apple products???…possibly… Not likely because of the detriment loss of guests and trust in the Disney brand.

The only way, ever that a WaltDisneyWorld Park would be closed off is due to weather, pandemic, or during seasonal times when the count of that specific park reached capacity.

You could always decide to purchase tickets on the day of to a park. Thats they way it was, and way it should be. Why do they change things, which costs millions of dollars to implement, and cause billions in loss, when knowing all along it wasnt going to work, and then going back to the old way which worked fine?….If it iant broke, dont fix it.

The reservation system, of adding additional cost for the attractions too, get rid of it. Get rid of lightning lane, and yes even the old fast pass. One system to rule them all…. the que line, and the exit que allowing access for guests with mobility issues.

By the way Mr. Bob, if guests at WDW, staying at a resort, there was, is and should always been a secret…the resort concierge….yea, an actual person that helps you to make dining reservations, purchase park and or event tickets….wow!, what an idea…that has been in place for years….

You must keep the reservation system! I’m a CM. I got fired for being in the CM area without a reservation (helping my diabetic wife, another CM). Stand and defend your current reservation system. Or cut me a back pay check.

The reservation system has not been needed for a long time. It was a way for WDW to control crowds and keep cast members out of work. They will find that it will not be as simple as they think to go back to “normal”. WDW used to make a lot of money off locals dropping in and, wait for it, SPEND MONEY. Patterns are formed now that locals will not easily give up and just return to dropping into the parks. Now instead of going to EPCOT and dropping 80 dollars for lunch, we park right in front of a restaurant, and get a great meal for less than $40.00. I will not be returning to the good old days now, if ever.

Please get rid of Disney Genie +. Is such a headache to wake up at 7am to start purchasing Disney Genie plus lighting lane. So expensive.

  6. Do you get how math works? You tip the exact same amount whether it’s two bills ,ten bills,or one. I don’t understand your complaint.
