The sooner Disney wises up & goes back to Walt’s & Roy’s game plan and make Disney family friendly again then maybe things will turn around. (1) No more Woke (2) Keep the classic animated shows around without changes and any live versions true to the classics (3) Give CM,S living pay (4) When hiring new CM,S do a complete background check and make sure that all the CM,S are clean cut and have a nice appearance (5) bring pricing down to where a family can go without going deep in debt (6) Get a CEO who is a Walter Elias Disney dedicated follower and this person man or woman would hire the right people to advise and are Walt Disney fans also (7) If all this is done right and they are dedicated to it maybe some of the long time CM,S will come back to work after leaving because they were fed up with what was going on and alot of the maintenace CM,S will come back and get everything in working order. Thats all I can think of now!
I remembered 1 more (8) Top pay for all the top leadership including CEO instead of in the millions of dollars per year shall be $500K and bonus’s 1 per yr will be $5K then it would be possible to pay CM’S a living wage. Two hundred million a year is way too much!!!
I mean.. If someone gave me the horrible task of doing everything I could to destroy the Disney company – I would not have done as good a job as they have since the board adopted this strange and awful religion. Congrats, I guess..
Their woke agenda is only part of the problem, a big part, but not the whole issue. The other is cost. They jacked the price of admission to a horrible level! Plus, add to that the price of absolutely everything else in the park. No compensation for paying full price to get into a park like EPCOT, only to find half the front of the park not accessible due to construction. Not ok.
