A musical adaptation is not a reboot. This is closer to being a Broadway revival if anything.

  2. I’m a BttF and Indy #’1
    #2 and 3 fan myself ( 4 and 5 don’t exist).
Saw Star Wars in theaters first week, 1977. Loved the look of it, but never followed up. I went for Alien(s) instead. Be well, and Keep the Flame of Fandom!

“Martys” does not have an apostrophe.

    1. Hi @Bob. If you were commenting on Nathan’s post, singular possessives do call for an apostrophe. Bob’s= singular possessive. bobs= a hairstyle or avoidance tactic lol…😉

Completely agree, Thank you! A musical version is NOT a reboot. Also, just leave BTTF ALONE!!! It’s perfect how it is, go home trolls.

There should NEVER be another BTTF, period. Why mess with perfection? Michael J. Fox *IS* Marty. Everyone else, even if they’re awesome in general, would be poor facsimiles in that role. There will NEVER be a better Marty than the OG himself. Why bother trying? Not everything warrants reboots, sequels and prequels! Leave it alone.

  6. BTTF Fan

I am a Hugh BTTF fan and BTTF musical is not a reboot and I wish people would leave one of the greatest movies alone and stop trying to remake it and definitely keep it out of the multiverse it has no place there. If there ever was going to be a part 4 it should of happened with Michael j fox and Christopher Lloyd and most of the original cast years ago y’all destroyed 1 of my other great movies when you remade the karate kid now please stop and come up with something different & original thanks from a true BTTF fan

    Absolutely not.
Hollywood writers are lazy, dont have any creativity like they used to and cant come up with anything original. Its sad really…
The origionals need to stay the og. If you cant tell most remakes that are coming out either tank at the box office or lose steam after the first week. Broadway productions are not and never will be considered reboots to movies. If I could have it my way, Biff’s car would be in my garage for the weekends and id be drivin Marty’s tacoma!
    LEAVE THE CLASSICS ALONE!

Totaly agree Hollywood should be able to come up with an original idea not a so called reboot which it is not it’s just a musical there is enough of that rubbish . If they go diverse or woke they will go broke. People have had enough of that and dont want to do it anymore. Why do we have to fold once for the 0.5% of of there immature people.

  9. Tom

YES! Its been bothering me too. I keep thinking a new movie is coming. lol

they could do a sequel/reboot where Doc and Marty have passed away. marty’s son finds the car and figures out how it works. he travels back in time to see his dad one last time so he can tell him he loves him. The kid makes some mistakes messing up the entire timeline and causing the end of the world. he travels back in time again to fix the issues he caused. he fixes the issue but gets stuck in the past. he hits an emergency beacon in the car and a Doc from an alternate timeline shows up and helps him get home.
