This is totally ridiculous as Disney does not do this to any of their customers universal should not either universal is much smaller, probably but they have no right to do that to customers. If this is the case, I will no longer go to Universal Studios as I had in the past, and I do enjoy it, but if this continues, I will not go ever again they will lose money from me.
The memory maker at Disney has watermark over it so it isn’t copied, the ride pictures, Magic added to pictures and video are Disney property until you buy it.
By the Universal photo pass if you want the pictures (worth it for the rides, wish there were more in park photographers like Disney!)
I have seen photos of some celebrities with a copyright warning on them. Some of these photographers rely on the sales of their pictures as their livelihood. IF that person was warned, it would be theft! It’s just like at a restaurant; they have the right to not serve a customer. It’s up to these businesses discretion. There are rules- everywhere!!
