  1. This is why people get in fights and get arrested

    I was online at 7am and rec’d a group
#103. We had to keep checking the app and finally @5:45pm our group was called and we immediately got in line. Then it dawned onto me we still aren’t even scanned in meaning our hour could be up before we even get scanned in. We waited 45 min and with 15 min to spare. We would have been really upset. There were even ppl behind us with lower group numbers than ours because it takes time to get off an attraction and to the line. We were able to ride but barely, and then had to rush to our dinner reservation. definitely better planning is needed.

There management sucks there and the way they operate that ride very confusing mostly the ride operators and management are totally lost!

Not true, this actually happened to us tonight. Running late, made it to the prequeue 10 mins before our slot ended and 5 mins until closing. Took 20 mins to get to the “tap” point and we were let in no issues

I can never tell if this site is pro Disney or not.

This is total BS. The Tron ride opened in late April and the lines are long but no one and I mean “NO ONE” has ever been turned away after they were in line. (Unless there were technical issues with the ride).
The real problem is guests getting in line long before their approved return time and then fighting with the cast members when cannot scan in. I have been a pass holder since 91 and most of the complaints I read simply didn’t happen.
