Neither one is Alex Trebec. He was an icon. It takes time and practice. Both hosts are at the front end of learning curve. Give them a chance. Positive comments and suggestions get better results than criticism and insults.

Absolutely correct. When that woman is hosting I turn it off. She is the worst. Supercilious would be my description. She is a know it all who looks down on contestants. She cuts off their answers and insults the contestant with a wrong answer by telling an unfunny joke about them. Her hair is ridiculous…no style at all. And I won’t even start on her tacky clothes.
Agree! She’s inconsistent with answers. Very picky. I’ve seen too many contestants be off by as little as one letter, or a miss pronunciation of a difficult word, and she tosses them out.

Both are very professional. Not sure I would go 50/50 on their tapings. Would rather see 2/3 Ken Jennings & maybe 1/3 M Bialik. It’s always important to have a backup.

I could care less about seeing where the daily doubles are located— hilariously it looked like Holzhauer had advance knowledge because he got so many right on the first try in masters tournament.

I remember that on more than one occasion; Alex said that he thought that a woman should replace him when the day came that he left the show. I think that Mayim is doing a great job; but the show needs to have a wardrobe department
I didn’t like the daily double reveal on the Masters show. I closed my eyes.
In the beginning, I thought Miyam wpp okay and would get better, but she hasn’t, maybe worse. But when she is working, I like her hair in the up hairdo and not the long hair with a headband.
The DD reveal is of no use – a waste of production time.
Also… Alex wanted (rightly so) an intelligent, well spoken and friendly woman to follow him, and Mayim is that exactly.
She is genuinely sweet, has brains galore, is excited to be at that podium, and is always thrilled for the contestants.
The host of this show is expected to be intelligent – check, and to “host”, by interacting with the players – check. The host should look like Vanna, so I don’t understand people complaining about her hair/wardrobe. That’s not relevant. Mayim is a lovely person who doesn’t deserve such disrespect. Her hair, makeup and clothes are great! I’ve never heard people complain about hair & clothes of other game shows’ hosts.
Also, while she hasn’t been perfect, this amazing person is doing her best at her Jeopardy! OJT.
I feel she is doing as well as anyone could be, who has neither previously hosted a fast-paced game show, and has not been immersed in the Jeopardy! world. Ken’s advantage is his Jeopardy! experience.

I was on Jeopardy! in 1986 and had I bet more in Final Jeopardy I would have won. Working with Alex Trebek was a drem com true, and to this day I support his charity, Hope of the Valley. All that being said, I think Mr. Trebek himself would have passed the torch to Ken Jennings as the person most deserving to tke on hostinf duties, I do not like them showing where the Daily Doubles are, and I really disiikr Mayim Bialik as the host. She may be a genius ans a good actress, but she does not fit in. She does not phrae the answer as a question when reveaing the correct response most of the time and is just plain annoying, I have been a devotee of this show since Art Flemng hosted it, and although I amloving the spin-offs and would love to see more, I would like to see the show back to being run as it was before Mr. Trebek died.

Jeopardy Masters was GREAT. Enjoy Jeopardy in general when Ken hosts. Since Mayim returned won’t watch an episode. Wish shows producers would read these forums, look at ratings, and see that the majority of fans don’t like Mayim and won’t watch. Advertisers should take note as their money spent reaches less than 50% of Kens audience, which should account for something. Maybe they pay discount advertising pricing under the MR (Mayim rate).

I like Ken Jennings as the host. Jeopardy only had 1 host, so having 2, really don’t make sense. I think it’s good to have a backup, for like the College Jeopardy or Celebrity Jeopardy. I’d like to see one change though, instead of 2nd or 3rd place taking home $2,000 & $1,000. Why can’t the keep what they won. They worked for that amount, I think it’s only fair that they take home what they had built up. Something to think about.
Simply put, Ken Jennings should stay and Mayim Bialik should be shown the door. Bialik is pompous and arrogant and her constant shrugging her shoulders and shaking her head when repeating the “correct” question is annoying beyond belief. Googling online shows Ken will be back in August, so 2 months not watching isn’t that bad. People mention about closing their eyes so we don’t see the DD’s in masters, could we close our eyes and make Mayim disappear as well? Wish it was that easy.

I don’t watch jeopardy anymore because I cannot stand her. She takes too long in telling they were correct or not with their answers.I just don’t like her.

As a fan of Jeopardy for over 30 years,watching Art Fleming ,Alex and now Ken ,let me say that those three person’s were and Are the heart and soul of the program.
You have a person who was an “actress”,and is smart person with a college degree ,but not a degree in how To Host A T.V. Game Show!
She presents herself with a “Holier Than Thou” attitude regarding the players.She has not one clue that this show is all about the players ,not the host.
The other three knew this and that is why this show has been around for decades .She will be the reason why this show will be gone from our sets of she is allowed to continue to Degrade a American Classic !!!

Please get rid of Mayim. She doesn’t need to pause before saying “correct.” She seems to delight in saying “no” to an incorrect answer. If Ken needs a break (and why wouldn’t he) please audition more appropriate hosts. Maybe other great players like Ken. Mayim wasn’t even a contestant.
