It is my belief that these kinds of actions will have less and less weight in court. Because of the emergence of artificial intelligence we have been able to conceptualize other artworks and thereby becoming their own artwork because the medium has changed. Under the same guidelines because a physical object resembles an animated object the medium has changed thereby it’s its own.
