I want the Willow series to stay in Disney + and continue with more seasons, for a number of reasons.

I think it’s a great show. I’m sure the writers, director, and cast want to do much more with the mix of fantasy, modern dialogue, and other experimentation in the show.

There’s also the LGBTQ+ and queer representation. I hear their reasons for wanting the show to stay in Disney + and I’m right there with them.

Also, too many series keep getting canceled before they conclude story-wise. The cancellation of Westworld on HBO Max is a big let down because of how many seasons they already made. Makes me, as a viewer, feel more wary about investing time and imagination in watching a series. If it won’t even conclude. No closure story-wise. Makes me wonder if it will come to searching for series that are already finished and concluded, and pass on any new, current ones. The trust that current ones will conclude takes a hit with each cancellation.

Maybe they just need to write series to conclude with the end of each season. As a just-in-case method so, even in the event of a cancellation, at least there is some conclusion/closure story-wise. Like on-and-off content with the characters. If it has to be like that. If I was writing or directing a series, that’s what I’d do, feeling as strongly as I do about this issue.

I didn’t mean to post my comment 3 times. It didn’t appear at first, even after refreshing. Sorry about that. Please delete all but one, this one I’m replying to.
