Resellers are Ruthless….they should be Disney Villains…
This is unimaginable the lengths these resellers go to take all the merch and try to resell it on ebay, or other online….
Disney and Universal, though limits are set, and minimally enforced, at the end of the day its looked as how much profit is made, not that oh, we need to be fair and give everyone a chance.
Its not just Disney or Universal, its concert tickets, toys, etc…these people are vultures…They dont ever think that there are those who may want just one item for a keepsake.
With the parks the problem is the APs….this is where a lot of the reseller core is.
Almost the same as pin trading Pin Sharks.
In the collecting world the protocol is one to keep, one to open, one to sell….but with these vultures its Winner Winner Chiken Dinner, grab it all.on the shelf., Check Amazon reseller stats, sell itnoff right away and what you cant sell they return.
Retail stores too, should implement that if a reseller, which is obvious, when they have cartloads of the same items and or clearance, should, limit the return to just one of the items, and or outright no returns accepted on bulk purchases.
This ties into another issue of personal Disney Shoppers, who advertise they can shop for you in the parks but at an upcharge. Best advice, avoid these personal shopper services, purchase through shopdisney or when you are in the resorts/parks.
Personal Disney shoppers are practically the same as resellers…experiences with these services have been poor.
I wish people would stop going to resellers and buying this stuff. All those yahoos who think they are special or that we care that they strut around in their tshirt. I’m not impressed. I just think you’re a fool for shelling out 4 times as much for a $30 shirt.
