This is bullcrap. The guy said nothing wrong or hurtful.

I’m fairly certain Aladdin did get green lit for a sequel, so he likely speaks from experience. The reason we haven’t seen the sequel is because of Will Smith.

Once again cancel culture wins I guess. I’m so sick of this mob mentality. I’m so sick of this god forsaken movie and not being allowed to criticize it.

You can always tell it’s finna be good when the bigots get mad in the comments.

You can always tell the ghetto when they use made up words.

Hate to break it to you, but technically ALL words are made up. Furthermore, “finna” (and indeed, other slang) is included in dictionaries, including http://www.dictionary.com. FURTHERMORE, country people use the term “finna” too, so saying someone is ghetto for using it only shows your own ignorance and bigotry.

Finna? Is that an english word?

Disney couldn’t pay me to watch this remake. Love Melissa McCarthy but even her presence can’t get me to watch this abomination.

  3. Uncle Tom

She will NEVER be the Little Mermaid… truth hurts doesn’t it!

I agree with him. He really didn’t say anything wrong, it is just his opinion, which seems valid. I love the animated Little Mermaid a little more than the animated Aladdin, but I just find this live action remake to be cheap looking. The cgi looks so bad in comparison to other Disney movies like Aladdin or Beauty and the Beast. I know they could have done better. I’m surprised not many mentioned how awful it looks. The actors they picked seem good though, especially Ursula, but I’ll have to wait and see them on the screen to get a valid opinion. Hopefully they do well in portraying the characters. I’ll still watch it, but I don’t expect much from it.

    Get woke, go broke.

Does that include Disney making up to a Billion Dollars on this movie.
Get Woke, Be a better person

      Please define “woke”.
Please be specific and use your own words.
      Thank you.

Also, when Disney moves out of Floriduh, who will employ the thousands of people who will then be unemployed?

  6. As for me. I won’t go see it.

Why change the words to poor unfortunate soul and kiss the girl because they think people are too sensitive now? Those lawyers were written so long ago that if they weren’t sensitive then then they should just not listen to this song.

  8. Still here

It’s really doesn’t matter matter how much you like or dislike this (children’s) movie. It comes with the Disney franchise stamp of approval. This means it will be loved by millions of children all over the world and become a classic just like all popular Disney movies have in the past. So until you can make a movie better than Disney can sit back enjoy your popcorn and over priced beverage and remember to wish upon a star.

    Always controversy!
This is how the new disney likes it.
I’ll just stick with the old Disney, Walt Disneys that is♥️

I’m partial to the old Disney movies. Fun, non political, movies where both children and adults can just sit back, relax, get caught up in the movie and dream. Every animated feature film was sweet and I can still remember the words to the sweet songs. What happened to Disney magic?
