Kind of funny the author doing the lawsuit copyrighted said book 7 days after Amazon announced they bought the rights to LOTR, and started his own publishing company Fractal Books that same year as well. If you look at their website all of the books except the one in question are coming soon, even though the company has been around since 2017. Seems like a settlement money grab to me.
