There is actually a very easy solution and we saw it when they first reopened, eliminate fastlanes completely. Leave them there alternative entrances for guest recovery, VIP tours, etc., But eliminate the Genie+ and individual lightning lanes. And get rid of virtual queues.

Historically, all of Disney’s parks suffered because neither guests nor parks managers knew how many would attend on any particular day. You would think that adopting a reservations system would hsvr solved the problem. Diz can’t seem to prevent the parks from being overwhelmed. The Company should stop believing that large crowds yield greater revenue. Instead, many guests will give up and leave, rather than continue to be mistreated. Some will not return. What Diz needs to do is reduce jts Sell-Out levels. This would keep crowds small enough so guests would feel comfortable enough to remain in the parks longer and spend more money. Hence, the parks would become more profitable. IT IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY!
