Seriously who writes this nonsense??…Secondly, if you are that delicate where you have phycological problems from going to and/or leaving a children’s park you have much bigger issues to worry about…

It just shows how stressed we are as a society. It’s not just the “Disney” bubble but anywhere where we are taking ourselves away from everyday life/stress. An outright depression though, I am hesitant to say (especially since we aren’t carrying DSM-5s with us). They had a fun event that brought them excited, the event is over, and now there is nothing to look forward to.

“See ya real soon” was more realistic in Walt’s day. Long before the big shots running the parks now came around. They’ve overpriced everything to the point that “see ya real soon” is a pipe dream. These parks have to get back to reality for guests. Although becoming clinically depressed over a theme is pretty extreme. Leaving a vacation has never been easy, but that’s life. Suck it up.

As a long time visitor and retired RN me and my other Disney friends call it PDD (Post Disney Depression)(laughingly) and takes varying times to get over.
Disney Corp going woke has made it easier to stretch intervals between trips.

Not only do I get really depressed when we leave and are back home, but the day we leave I’m angry 😂 I laugh about it, but my family knows to leave me on my own when we’re packing and checking out.
