I disagree. IPs lands are a very good idea for the right “huge” franchise. Star War and Marvel lands are excellent additions. Pandora is the same. And like Wizarding World, they represent a series of films not a single IP. For very popular IPs that are stand alone films, a micro land inside another land is excellent. For example, Fantasy Springs will feature 3 IP areas. The recently announced plans at D23 are good examples of this…beyond Thunder Mountain would feature Coco and Enconto and Villains. The Dinoland replacement is sited as Monana and Zootopia. Although I think Animal Kingdom should keep to the idea of larger theme lands like Asia and African. Rather than Moana and Zootopia it might be better to have South America.
If star wars land is boring, the person needs to stay out so there will less people there when I go. There is are a lot of little details to discover, and I especially like the storm troopers going through the crowd looking for resistant sympathizers.
