    “Annual Pass violations”?
    I think he’s misinterpreting an acronym…
Disney was likely mentioning “IP violations” (IP means Intellectual Property), and he misheard it as “AP violations”.

Nonetheless, this may be the first time someone has been trespassed over IP violations.

The validity of Disney’s allegations will be determined by a court of law and not by the author of this article. Disney must show that this person violated the terms of the agreement of the park ticket. Disney accepts money to allow you to enter the park so they can not legally trespass you from their property unless they can prove that you violated a term of the purchase agreement. Of course, Disney can refuse to sell a ticket to anyone as long as it does not involve the discrimination of a protected class of people.

They can ban someone from their property for any or even no reason. As long as it is not because of a protected reason, sex, race, religion ect

Well, now the Gov of FL will back them if they do discriminate!
But these guys need to be shut down- most likely it was not for an annual pass problem. It was probably for stealing intellectual property. That would be an IP issue. Not an APA issue. Additionally, Disney’s ask them to cease-and-desist, so I’m sure that they don’t want them on their property anyway. May have actually given them a no trespass in their cease-and-desist letter. I have no problem with entrepreneurship. Just don’t steal or plagiarize.

Sounds to me like they violated the order. These “influencers” are getting to be a joke

Byron, I think you are not understanding what this article is about and how confused the now banned gentleman was when making his post. I am sure they stated He was banned for using IP not AP and as such the officers would be in full compliance with escorting him from the premises. I will guarantee in the 700 pages somewhere it states they are not to enter any Disney property. If you read the AP paperwork it also states, they can ban you from property for a list of infractions. Before you get the pass, you have to sign this. Stealing is listed among this listing.

Can they PLEASE get rid of the PIN TADERS at Disneyland? It looks so cheap, the traders are rude, there are no benches to sit on to rest!
Did I mention how tacky it looks?
I don’t spend hundreds to go to a flea market.

I would love for so called Disney Influencers to fade out. Some don’t really know much about the parks and they are so annoying! Yet, Disney for a time was handing them all free vacations. I’m glad that seems to have gone by the wayside. Sounds like these sellers knew they were doing something wrong and thats why they had a closed Facebook group.
