Would I have worked for Walt?

    No

The truth is that he would be disgusted by the modern company carrying his name.

Many say Walt must be spinning in his grave at what Disney has become. I would agree with that due to the “politics” of today, but he was still a business man who was very much in charge of HIS company. He was out to make a buck or two, and make no mistake, Walt played politics. It’s how Reedy Creek came to be. There are many articles, books and other publications about Walt Disney. If one reads them, a person will get a look at what he was really like and most would probably not care for him.

WHAT? Walt didn’t walk on water or heal the lepers that came to Disneyland?

It’s not the Walt’s of the world that bothers me. It’s the gutless yes men and women that are in every department the ones who have nothing but nice things to say while they are sharpening their knives to throw in your (and even Walt’s) back.

Yes I would work for Walt.

Walt had the dream of Walt Disney World in Orlando and right now that is not what Disney is focusing on. They seem be focused on Disney Tokyo. Everything new is in Tokyo. Here in Orlando Disney keeps building or adding resorts but not adding to the parks. The more resorts means more people but not more park to fit the people. Disney needs to add a new park in Orlando to accommodate the people that come here. Universal has been learned this and is building a new park in Epic. Now Walt Disney’s dream is being challenged and the Disney company is doing nothing to fight back. Walt Disney himself is rolling in his grave right now and is losing his dream because of this. And yes I would have worked for this man. His vision was unreal and he created magic that everyone wanted to see. So add another park in Orlando and wake up his dream was here in Orlando not Tokyo.

I’m sorry, did they literally write an article about how no one is perfect?
