I would close all the Florida property, sell it. and move everything to a more inclusive and open state. I would also add more inclusive and equitable content so that everyone has representation in popular media.

Board of directors promised Disney fans that they would vote Price Gouger Bob out. They lied. They gave him a bonus and an extended contract. He’s a terrible leader. Besides the nickel and diming, he is letting ride maintainance slide–not safe and disappointing (ride closures). His politics are also strange. Sexualizing children is not a good idea when you are selling forever childhood. No logic
Disney has sexualized children since having an underaged main girl in Snow White. You liked Disney them, why did you support this sexualization back then?
I want to spite all the PC people, so I will make the 5th gate in Florida themed on “Song of the South.” Every ride, parade, and show will celebrate the Song of the South. I will also make the 3rd gate in California in the middle of nowhere like Fresno and make it California DisneySea. I would make it better than the one in Japan and have the castle look like a middle finger raised at Japan.
For one major thing is I would get Rid of Bob Chapec altogether. Because of him I never want to go back to either park. I wish they had left the parks just the way they were. Bob wants to be ruler of the parks now. Personally, I think nobody should ever let him turn the park into something he wants for something it was never was supposed to be. Prices to the park, reservations to be inside the park. When Walt was alive he invited people of all ages to come and enjoy the park. He never charged prices that just everyday people could not afford. Why does Disney even need a CEO? I think it’s time to leave the younger generations to decide what the park should be like. Build a Disney Team from the ages of 5 to 18 years old and instead of having a CEO. I think the next thing they should do is build a team of the Disney college students to become like a big support group to assist the group of the younger generation to help them put their bring their ideas to life. I think that as kids of the younger generation who visit the park should be able to write down ideas as to what they think could be made better or changed. Put really cute mailboxes around the park where children can put their ideas into and at the end of the day, the group of the younger generation that we’re picked to be a part of that group go around to all the mail boxes and pick up the ideas. Then the group takes like a week and reads some of the ideas of the kids who visited the parks ideas. The group should put those ideas to a big idea that would be the ideas of the rides choices for the park. It has to be done with everything that had to do with With Walt’s ideas. They can not do anything that has nothing to do with What Walt would have wanted. Oh there is one more thing I would change is these so called workers that are in the parks now to be shown what it means to be a real Disney Leader. These looser employees that are making engagement question ruined and think that they have all the say. Oh and let’s not forget this absolutely stupid idea about throwing people out of the park because of different balloons that Disney does not sell. throwing people out of the park because of balloons is really immature. The next thing is their should be some real rules about fightes in the park. who ever caused the fight and the people who chose to keep the fight going is an automatic throw out of the park and a permanent suspension from that park. Oh and let me just say I think it’s about time that we let the younger generation decide what is appropriate to where to the park. Just because the someone at the park does not like what you are wearing then that is there problem. The parks were made to be fun and comfortable not some private school uniform park. Disney I would really like to see my idea to be considered.
