That’s because that’s all they have is the race card. Maybe if Marcy had any intelligence she would have read the article and read that Mr. Brown was being used as an example and not being souly being singled out as the only celebrity doing this.
I agree with some black people using the race card to further their individual agenda, it’s not all we have but it is something used against us constantly and some white people just like some black people take advantage of this countries history to further themeselves. Whether it’s white privileged or playing the race card .
I think if they acted normal, and dressed normal. I probably wouldn’t even notice them. If Kim Kardashian or any of them needed a ride to themselves, then their letting everyone know I’m here, which is causing more of a security hazard! Not to mention what their teaching there children. To watch all the other kids stand in line! So much for their claim of being compassionate. I would want my money back and leave!!!
I once saw Martin Sheen pushing a stroller with I assume a grand child through Fantasyland on a warm afternoon. He did not have an entourage with him. He looked as tired as the rest of us adults but obviously enjoying his day. I secretly took a video of him and wanted to asked for his autograph but decided not to do he could have his time with his family. Maybe others should be more like Martin and just do their thing. I don’t think any rude should be shut down for just one famous family. Oh, Walt is rolling over in his grave at what is happening at Disneyland. He wanted it to be a place where families could go and have fun together. Now it’s so complicated and expensive it almost seems not worth it. And I’m a Disney fan!
I guarantee he would have been very gracious if you had approached him. I have many things signed by him that he sent me when I sent a book to him to sign. He has a reputation as a really nice guy. I love him.
That is awesome! All this celebrity BS is ridiculous. There is no reason they can’t dress inconspicuously (like a normie) and go to the park, even if they do, do the VIP tour. It’s disgusting that they would shut down the ride for everyone else. I once saw some of the Harry Potter stats at Islands of Adventure in Orlando. They had a bunch of people with them but they looked like Normies so no one could tell. I understand they don’t want to wait on lines like the rest of us so they get the VIP or express (special express).
This is an article about Disney and the parks and how Celebrities get to override and kick out loyal fans. I think it’s a great article. Just tell me what would be a good article in your opinion? 🤔
No celebrity makes it off that ride without a few lumps if I’m standing there. These people think they are Pharos or something and can halt the lives of the serfs and peasants while they pass by on their golden chariots. I won’t fall short of force
None of these people would wait for you and I. That’s why they pay not to. They completely believe they are better than you. That’s precisely why this happens
I was going to say something similar! How about one or two nights a MONTH where the park is closed and only celebrities (who can pay extra for it)can go! I imagine probably Disneyland gets more celebrities because of it being near Hollywood. But they could do the same fit WDW . If the celebrities don’t want to plan to go those nights, then let them go on regular days….with no VIP tours. Let them stand in line with the rest of us!
Precisely why I Disney is on the down hill slope eve since they screwed up galaxies edge and made it all sequel trilogy crap I was done giving them my money
Definitely not a safety issue. I worked at a California Halloween event for over a decade. The celebrities cut the line, but the mazes never closed for any of them. I remember turning around and being face to face with Rob Zombie right in the middle of a crowd. If that’s safe then so is riding in your own car on a Disney ride.
If it’s so important to be able to ride an attraction “privately”, then they should rent out the ENTIRE Park so as not to inconvenience us “regular folks;” unless these “celebrities” don’t have the money and clout to do so. If that’s the issue, maybe they need to rethink their “celebrity” status.
It is total b.s. that celebrities can just come to Disney and have there way with getting on rides and forcing guests to not be able to enjoy there experience that they payed big money to get in. Not sure, but i bet celebrities don’t have to pay a dime to go. It’s just frustrating.
My med school graduation celebration was ruined by this and I paid over 5 million yen to be able to have this event (I think it’s about 36 thousand USD)
I don’t bother celebrities and celebrities don’t bother me …. maybe if more people treated celebrities like the rest of us? they wouldn’t feel so inclined to require “special treatment” because they feel unsafe near a large group where there is potential to have an incident happen
(reading some of these comments proves there is a potential for something bad to happen just by the threatening tone) … and now here comes the discussions regarding who is a celebrity vs who is a 15 minutes of fame that will be quicky forgotten.
Were things different back in the day? sure, you had a photo op you had an opportunity to receive an autograph and then you let a celebrity get on a Ride or Attraction (but you also had less incidents happen and nobody was clutching a smartphone trying to get attention with whatever footage they can post online).
Theme Parks love the publicity, so they will bend over backwards for celebrities – but if this bothers you? then feel free to complain where you go to at a Theme Park for that (customer relations). Fortunately, there are those celebrities you don’t want the attention … they just want to enjoy Theme Parks like the rest of us with their families (so give them their privacy).
I’ve been going to Disneyland since I was five. One thing about Disneyland is standing in line for rides. That’s when you joke around, laugh, talk and pass the time by actually talking to your family or friends that you’re with. Maybe these celebrities don’t have the patience for this? If my assumption is true-maybe we should actually feel sorry for these douches. 🤷🏻♀️
I agree 100%! This is the time that you complain about being in the hot sun, check out boys or girls, make jokes, and play games (phone games). It makes the time go faster. You don’t come to the parks just for the rides. You come for camaraderie and family or friend time.
Effing I don’t know what her name is looked like one of the Kardashians ruined my med school graduation celebration by shutting down my absolute favourite ride and it was the only time I would have been able to get on because it got extremely hot the next few days and I can’t go out in extreme heat
I think if they acted normal, and dressed normal. I probably wouldn’t even notice them. If Kim Kardashian or any of them needed a ride to themselves, then their letting everyone know I’m here, which is causing more of a security hazard! Not to mention what their teaching there children. No surprise here. Anything Penny-pinching Paycheck can do to charge an extra buck or two will always take priority. If celebrities, regardless of race, pay extra for the exclusive and isolated treatment, Paycheck will gladly oblige.
Comments for Fans Frustrated At Trend Of Celebrities Kicking Guests Out At Disneyland

Of course, all the angry people are racist jerks, what a shock.
Marcy
If it was a hot white celebrity, of course they wouldn’t complain.
Sean
Here we go again, the race card being pulled.
Ricky

Get out of my country
Another ridiculous take from a champagne socialist.
Hah
If we could, we would gladly get out of this country. This country is awful! Full of disgusting people like you.
Irene Wisnieski
Then go. Bye
Justin
Racist? Yeah everyone was celebrating and rolling the red carpet when Jeff bozos took up the whole line
Mike Lloyd
That’s your personal agenda obviously. Bezos is also mentioned and looks white to me.
Whatever you look for you find

would rather be called a racist by a Democrat then to be called a Democrat!

Your priorities might be a little twisted, in an unAmericcan way.

Seriously last I checked Kim k. Was white!! Enough with the poor me and the racist card. You guys just don’t stop
Irene Wisnieski
Oh racist against white people, I agree!!! Because last I checked their white. So I don’t know how you pull that card AGAIN!
More equal
If you can’t “safely” act like everyone else, they should be denied entry for safety reasons. End this nonsense.

Close the park early let it be known that the parks will be closed so regular people don’t screw up their vacation.
