While 15 million and royalties here and there wouldn’t set The Rock back at all(based on a Google search of how much money he has, 320million)he most likely was unaware of any of this and therefore I think he shouldn’t pay for it at all, based on this article, all The Rock did was purchase a company, and thus has no clue these “trade secrets” as they call it, were made by someone else.
