un-popular opinion – this is not a “harsh” no-show policy. 3 days within a 90-day period is rather lax, and gives a buffer for those “it was raining” and “i was sick” days. It’s not difficult to open the app and change or cancel your reservation.
What a weird thing to complain about. DL didn’t even start enforcing this policy until January so all the key holders had a several month break before getting hit with penalties.
And in what bizarro universe would they somehow stop enforcing it right before summer? That makes as much sense as the person who wanted the ding removed because of surgery. The phone rep CMs have no idea if someone is tell the truth or not and I sure as heck wouldn’t want to submit my medical records to Disney. lol
I try to cancel at WDW … but when I go to the ressie on MDE there is no Place to cancel. I brought my issue to a Disney Guest Services window and she said that they are aware of the issue … I’ve tried several ways to try to cancel but it just doesn’t work.

They should ban all pass holders. That would fix things.

The unpopular opinion is to make is stricter. A no-show is literally taking a spot from a paying customer.
The no-show should have a 6 month penalty and a fine equivalent to the cost of the ticket that day
