IMHO, too little, too late. This kind of stuff doesn’t make up for the many times being treated lousy, even as a Premier passholder by the employees. They really shouldn’t snatch bottles of soda back out of your hands because their credit card machine broke and you don’t carry cash. And they shouldn’t have 4 different employees help you catch up to family members in a ride (Jimmy Fallon) line then a 5th employee forcibly eject you from the theater while the whole audience watches while you are forced to step over waist high chains. And they shouldn’t hold your car hostage at valet parking for over an hour because their credit card machine is broken! Then they continue to send you survey emails for passholders only to kick you out on the first question because your pass wasn’t reactivated. You would think they would want to know why multi-year Premier holders cancelled, but they really don’t. I’ll spend my money “Where the Magic Feels Like Home”!
I’ve always felt like Universal appreciates their AP holders more than Disney ever has or will. Disney would never offer these benefits to their passholders – they barely let us in the park, let alone let us in 1 hour early. I’m grateful that Universal hasn’t forced us to make a reservation to go to their parks. And Uni has posted record profits, gee how about that. I’m going to renew my AP this summer, gladly.

The only thing ” JAW DROPPING” about these benefits is how lackluster they are

If you think that’s jaw dropping you should see the benefits SeaWorld and Busch Gardens are giving this month. Your whole body will hit the floor.
