So much is not true in this article. It does not sell out “in seconds”. The wait was not 4-5 hours. The cost is $15. They were available until late morning on May 4th. I did that ride with my family on May 4th and it was fully operational.
That part as well as the guns moving back and forth were down today, May 5th. Rode broke down twice while I was in line for about 20 minutes each time.
Where exactly in the article are the guests that were “devastated”. You overheard some people leaving? Sheesh….this site and these articles. What a clown show.
April 26 this feature was down when we rode. We were absolutely disappointed since we paid for ILL and having experienced the fully functioning way prior when it first opened. Having said that: ROR was broke down throughout the day, TOT was down all morning until after lunch and RIRC was down all day.
What kills me is the amount of people that continue to pay high prices to begin with, let alone additional fees just to ride broken rides at Disney. I understand that people are desperate for some sort of Star Wars theme park, but nothing is ever going to change as long as people continue to throw money at Disney like this. It’s just sad how many will throw away cash for a half-baked experience.
Drama, drama, drama. If you knew how to write, you could actually write about things that are important vs the BS you put out. Don’t plan on having people book vacations through you. In closing you guys suck and do a giant disservice
I’ve been on it three times since it opened and only saw the second Kylo Ren animation one time. The second time I was on it, we were walked through the preshow, through the shuttle and past the Storm Troopers directly to the queue to interrogation. If you hadn’t be on it before, you would have no idea what was supposed to be happening.

Devestated? What word will you use when an actual disaster strikes?

Hope they fix it by the time I go in Late July. Pretty much one of the only rides I am looking forward to.

It was broken when I went in February and April. So it’s either been broken the whole time, or I have really bad luck.
