Stupid. She isn’t blacked out. Reservations are subject to availability. Sorry you spent money on a pass when literally everyone is flooding the parks and also spending money on the passes. If there’s no space for you then there is no space. They are limiting attendance because the lines are atrocious. Be thankful they allow the rich to get these extra commodities. Honestly there should be no fancy pass holder nonsense. Pay the same as everyone else and wait your turn. Money hungry folks just looking for a payout. You were not deceived you didn’t read everything and just paid the max in hopes you get everything you want handed to you and when it wasn’t decided to throw a fit. Disney is gonna go down because of the people vandalizing, acting stupid, peeing in attractions etc etc and now everyone suing because they can’t have their way all the time? Disney will shut down entirely because there’s no gratitude just entitlement. If it were me I’d be annoyed and decide ya’ll ain’t worth my time and effort.

The problem is there is availability.

When you can buy a ticket and go into the park but can’t use your pass you are constructively blocked out.

Don’t try to defend the indefensible you look like a clown

Disneyland is a joke. It’s a bunch of rides crammed into the smallest area possible. There was no plan to accommodate larger crowds… now they are trying the reservation scheme that limits the number of days anyone could possibly go while still selling an unlimited pass. Sort of like a pyramid scheme where you collect the money upfront and don’t have the available goods when people want them later. An annual pass should be good for every day the park is open. You shouldn’t have to make a reservation. If you can’t use it every day then they should at least cut the cost in half because it’s a totally a semiannual pass with the lack of available dates

Kat is a moron plain and simple! You pay for a very expensive pass expecting NO BLOCKOUT DATES and that is what you should get! Raising prices to lower crowd levels is a joke! It’s obviously just a way for Disney to gouge people! This reservation system needs to go just like Chapek! Kat, you are a sheep (follower) that believes Disney can do no harm! Chapek is destroying Disney!

For some dates that are not blocked out, Disney states “no reservation are available”, but there are reservations available for individuals buying tix for that same day.

Basically, Disneyland is telling its passholders, “Since we already have your money, we can’t make more money off you. Thus, we’ll deny you entry into the park, so that we can take someone else’s money that is buying a tix. That way, we get the money that you paid for that reservation and the money that someone paid for a tix for that same reservation.

This is similar to having a season ski pass, but being told when you try to get on the lift that there is no room left for passholders on the mountain, but there is still plenty of room for people that will pay more for a lift tix.
