Filibuster can also be properly used stop majorities from crushing minorities of any group or class. In 1972, Democrats introduced three racist anti-school-integration bills that were successfully stopped by filibuster.
Politicians in charge need to discuss the issues with their constituents and each other. They should stop trying to get press coverage and stop doing more Zoom with their own elitist circle of echo chamber people.
