    So according to the experience noted in the article, if I reserve a time for an ADR and my app crashes I can call or chat with guest services to complete the reservation? I would have to do that within the remaining 10 minute time window, wouldn’t I? I just can’t remember the last time I was able to chat or talk to guest services within 10 minutes.

      I doubt it as I don’t think customer service rep will be able to get to YOUR reservation that you already selected. They may be able to get it at 7:10, but so will everyone else and may be picked off faster by someone doing it online.

    If your app crashes twice in one go…it makes me think it’s your phone and not Disney. I had no issues over a 5 day period booking items with my Galaxy S20. The only frustrating part was when you see a time slot you want and by the time you purchase, that slot moved to the right 3-4 hours. This only occurred once or twice for the more popular rides.
