I have a disability epilepsy and asthma and I was there October 1st thru October 5th and I wore my mask at all 4 parks and Disney Springs and I didn’t have a problem, if you have a problem with it no one is forcing you to go
In order for this to be only about the Apellee he/she would have determine that Disney singled them out and dudn’t show the same restriction to others asking for exemption. So it is about her. Presumably Abadi is not the only one Disney declibe the exemption to. Quite frankly, if there is no medical condition documented and proof was not demlnstrsted, this perdon is just looking for some kind of restitution for what? A free vacation? To male a point? It is moot at this point. If the parks had decided to limit access to only those without medical condition would there be a lawsuit for singling out those with questionable health. Great goodness….get over it and move on. It is not open season on Disney…and no, I am.not a ride or die fan…just tired of the frivolity of lawsuuts and the rage over mask wearing. Oddly, Disney was acting in their best interest a d wi.prove as much. What was the descrimination?
I ran 10 miles yesterday and didn’t have any problem so you should not either. That’s what you are saying with your comment. The point is just because you have no problem doesn’t mean others don’t.
We’ve been in the Covid world for 2+ years now.
People should make their own decisions.
If someone wants to wear a mask – I encourage to do so.
