I wouldn’t put too much stock in this. I’m going to guess that what a few adults tweeted about the character meet and greets is going to be far overwhelmed by the number of happy children who will be ecstatic to be able to hug and meet their favorite princess or character finally.
Character meet and greets are not good right now. We stood in line for Donald Duck at Epcot. I was in the picture with Donald, and he looked far away. It looks better with more people, but the character is still far away. Donald Duck and the fab five are masked up with their outfits. If they get covid its from the last person that used the costume. Use common sense Disney!
It’s a catch 22. Great to see them out and about. But also great to disperse crowds into more lines. I personally don’t wait to see characters and prefer to wave from a distance. Love seeing them on the balconies and around the parks.

I haven’t visited in 20 years, so I’m ecstatic that what I remembered and loved is returning for my upcoming visit.
