Guy doesn’t have a case. Why didn’t he wear diapers if frequent urination is a problem to the point that he wouldpee himself? He can pack his medication on himself (in a small pack) rather than demanding to go off looking for medicine in the midst of working. He can work for a smaller and cheaper hotel such that bathrooms aren’t so far apart and he doesn’t need to use guest bathrooms (or no such difference is marked). If the policy is that he can’t use guest bathrooms, then that’s the policy. It’s not reasonable to expect Disney to build more staff bathrooms just for him.
So the guy’s worked for Disney for years even though there are a zillion other hotels around that are more suitable for him, and he ends up being a uber driver near Disney (a job for which there are even fewer bathrooms available-is he pausing to use bathrooms right in the middle of a long ride?) instead of finding a different hotel to work for, which means he likely will see Disney often, ensuring that he cries frequently and probably tell his sob story to his customers, getting sympathy tips.
Right now, there’s such a labor shortage that employers are begging for workers. Instead of crying over Disney, pick up a different job. He’s not a slave owned by Disney. It’s a free country; he can work for somebody else. Instead of working years for a company that you are not suited for and then crying about it, there are many other options, especially in the current job market.

To not allow a person access to their diabetes medication is a violation of his ADA rights. Disney requires uniforms and it is quite possible that what he needed with him would not fit in his pocket. He probably is a type 1 diabetic requiring insulin and would need to carry that along with is meter and supplies for that. He certainly does have a case against Disney and those managers. Have a little compassion for a person who has a lifelong chronic disease

I worked at Boardwalk Resort, and was deployed to the other resorts due to shortage of personnel. When I would get there, the Mgr. And front desk help were watching TV in the back, and Myself and 2 other Co workers from BW, we were the only workers. It happened at the other resorts. The mgrs and workers treated us terrible. They made up lies and tried to get you fired, but I didn’t back down and they couldn’t prove anything. I was injured on the job and my ankle swelled so badly they made me still work my whole shift. I hope he wins his case against Disney. And you can use the guest bathrooms, no one ever said I couldn’t.
