This is a horrible article based off of a horrible article from floridapolitics.com. It is totally lacking in enough detail to arrive at any idea of whom is in the right or wrong in the case(s).
What I can say is that anyone who spends so much time suing only to lose at every turn and then is going to sue a fourth time seems like a loon to me.
