I agree with you. Unfortunately, Disney does, in fact, allow the purchase and consumption of alcohol at many of the parks which all to often results in this kind of behavior. Recently, drug use, smoking, and graffiti and other vandalism is also the results of some people. None of which needs to be at a “children’s” theme park. I do not take children to bars (so, why take them to places serving alcohol?) IMO Disney Inc. being a private company can ban many more for life.

I’ve been going to both parks for 30 years now. The behaviors I’ve seen at both Disney and Universal in the last five years have become abysmal. I’m kind of glad prices are going up, hopefully it will keep some of that element away. But there will always be ‘that guy’……. And, for the record, I was a Federal Marshal for over 20 years. What the cops do in that area is not ‘light’. They see a whole lot of serious issues that never see the light of day and I do not envy them that. This guy needs a serious reality check.

Back about 6 years ago had a guy verbally attack my two boys for sitting at a table in Disney Springs while we bought out the food. The Disney police came and just removed him from the outside seating. He said and did a lot more of then this guy. At that time they could only remove him. The staff at Earl of Sandwich was wonderful to us and so was a lady from the store close by. We did have an “escort” for the rest of the day.

I would like to know how the original incident played out, as in, when & why did he first utter the word “faggot?” Did he shout or scream the word at another guest at DS (which would be unacceptable). Did someone overhear him say the word “faggot” and report that to DS police (in which case people ought to mind their own business and let people say – however offensive some find it – what they will in a more or less private conversation).
‘Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in Disney and was in earshot of hearing another guest using a curse word, usually out of frustration, etc. I ignore that kind of stuff and continue on about my business. But if someone is shouting or screaming offensive words, by all means, they should be removed.

Fixing this particular problem is simple, get rid of ‘park reservations’ except, of course, for some of the restaurants. Back about 6 years ago had a guy verbally attack my two boys for sitting at a table in Disney Springs while we bought out the food. The Disney police came and just removed him from the outside seating. He said and did a lot more of then this guy. At that time they could only remove him. The staff at Earl of Sandwich was wonderful to us and so was a lady from the store close by. We did have an “escort” for the rest of the day.

I would like to know how the original incident played out, as in, when & why did he first utter the word “faggot?” Did he shout or scream the word at another guest at DS (which would be unacceptable). Did someone overhear him say the word “faggot” and report that to DS police (in which case people ought to mind their own business and let people say – however offensive some find it – what they will in a more or less private conversation).
‘Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in Disney and was in earshot of hearing another guest using a curse word, usually out of frustration, etc. I ignore that kind of stuff and continue on about my business. But if someone is shouting or screaming offensive words, by all means, they should be removed.
This guy is extremely angry about being asked to leave DS, but that’s no excuse to go on the cursing diatribe.

Fixing this particular problem is simple, get rid of ‘park reservations’ except, of course, for some of the restaurants. I’ve been going to WDW for 50 years now and always had a wonderful time but all the ‘changes’ are taking all the magic out of the Disney parks. If you buy a ticket you shouldn’t have to make a ‘reservation’ to get in the gate. Bob Paychek needs to go!
