I read LotR, back in the late 1960’s and haven’t been far from Middle Earth ever since! Peter Jackson will one day be recognized as one of the greatest filmmakers/directors/producers, and it is fully earned. His Weta Studio’s changed CGI in ways never before seen, let alone, considered by mainstream Hollywood! I’m sure every studio exec who “passed” on LotR is still kicking themselves, even all these years later!
