Please keep the Magical Express!!
Mears please reconsider, this is the best way to get from point A to point B!!
Your service is amazing and staff too!
Please reconsider!!
I don’t think it’s upto Mears but Disney is the one responsible. It’s another way that Disney is making their parks available to the ultra elite rich. The tickets are outrageous price, even as a Florida resident gone are the days of the unrestricted no blackout dates $99 annual pass. The cheapest one is $399 with weekends blacked out. Who has the time to go to the park only on weekdays?
My husband and I stood in line for our Magical Express bus and we were told to get in a van, then eventually a chartered bus. We arrived at our hotel about two hours later. We never got the promised Magical Express experience. The concierge at our hotel gave us a lunch voucher, which was nice, but the mess up caused us to have to alter our plans for our first day at Disney. Hopefully the paid version will not result in similar situations.
I’m a grandma who has taken her 2 grandchildren to Disney a couple of times now. My biggest concern now will be getting to our resort on our own! It’s not exactly close and getting around the airport terminal is not the easiest either. The express bus was a God send for us. But now what? It makes me reconsidered my future trip!!
I can appreciate the days before Magical Express which is where Disney is going. We used to get a limo from Happy Limo in the day. That was cheaper than Mears then and probably will be now. When the expresss train opens that’ll be the selected mode and people will soon forget Magical Express where you had to wait 3+ hours for your bags plus multiple stops.

We are a family of six, enjoy Disney World, we stay on property, however, if we have to pay for transportstion, rethinking Disney World

This was a great service and kids loved it . What a shame . Parking used to be free at Disney resorts, not anymore. People are going to stop going .
