Did Seaworld pay for the survey? Lol

I wouldn’t doubt it! LOL! Busch Gardens Williamsburg is always flooding my facebook with requests to vote for them every year. And boy do they love boasting about winning when you enter their park. The Busch/Sea World parks have to be the worse in my opinion. We’ve been trying to figure out for years how our local park kept winning, and never did. But at least we got chuckles. Absolutely no way a Busch/Sea World park could ever top Disney and Universal!

No, these are the hardcore park fans, who think that parks begin and end at roller-coaster ranking.
(And when they come up with Armchair Disney ideas, guess which one they come up with…)

So, we have Florida locals who think SW Orlando is just one big surrounding area for the Mako coaster.
Well, nice to see they’ve finally gotten over the whole Shamu thing.

  2. Sounds like some sort of corruption. I am not going to say “fishy” that would be a bad pun. I would not have been surprised if Universal beat Disney World. Universal lifted restrictions first and made visiting their parks more enjoyable while Disney was going outside CDC recommendations like control freaks.

What a joke. I was in Orlando in Feb and I forgot they were even there. SWO is a skip if you’re tight on time, I cannot say the same for universal or Disney.
I’d say that was a garbage survey lol.

I can’t believe Sea World ranked #1. Who and where was that fake survey done? I just came back from Disney World and Epcot is set up terrible getting around. My choice for #1 theme park is Universal. Better rides not refurbished ones. Or rides changed because their name /theme insults people(like Splash Mt.). Get real Song of the South is a great movie and Using the words Ladies, Gentlemen, boys and girls is proper. Stop moving far left or you will lose guests!

Like if all your looking for is a huge adrenaline rush the Disney isn’t for you. I’m a Disney fan, period and see no other pls e on earth with such wonderful experiences that I have enjoyed my entire life. Fish are ok, bit it doesn’t neat Ariel.

Any park with great rides that doesn’t preach to me while I’m enjoying a day away from reality is my top park. Listening Disney?

Been saying that for a long time now!
I dont need to be told to wash my hands, as an adult. Im pretty sure most normal people wash their hands… I dont need to be told to distance myself. Im from Florida, last thing I really want is to stand next to a sweaty person who smells like bad curry! So enough w the recordings. It snaps reality right back in my face.
As does the fact the park is barely 1/2 back still. And to say its for our health and safety?? Nope, they refuse to pay people and place ridiculous rules on them, so no one wants to return. Thats why things r not open. Ots about the money and bottom line for investors, not about the guest.
Universal and SeaWorld will continue to see more guests because they treat them much better

      1. Nick

Yeah, no one wants to return, that must be the reason for the 60-90 minute wait times at Disney.
When I was at SW a few weeks ago, it was relatively empty, no more than a 5-10 wait for any ride. Now that was nice for me but it doesn’t say much for park popularity.

      Amen, Rich.

Creo que Universal Harry Potter es el mejor parque. Six Flags Magic Mountain también. Disney es más para pequeños. Universal y Six Flags es para toda la familia.

  5. Roger Letterhime

They definitely paid for that. Steel Vengenance would’ve won if it was real. (I think it’s overhyped). And they wouldn’t have come no where close to best them park. There is hardly any theming. Went 3 weeks and it was the worse experience at a park I’ve ever had. Ride ops were slow as hell and way too many kids. It SUCKED.

With the way Disney is going this ridiculous “inclusive” route, they will end up last.

  7. Pete

Really the only poll that matters is the attendance numbers and $$ spent at a theme park. Anything else is just mental masturabation.

Disney has really shown no progress forward in terms of it’s rides offering at all. Most rides are the same for more than 20 years, with minor updates if any. Is there any difference in the 2 parks on the east and west coast? Nope same rides and same story lines.

Disney has turned into a giant restaurant outlet with rides 20+ years old.

You would think with all the imagineering they would have thought to do something new to justify the price tag put to get a ticket to go out to eat and pay extra for food.

Can’t argue with some of the other thoughts here. Disney has always been my favorite vaca spot but lately, I’m having second thoughts. Chapek and D’Amara are ruining Disney with their politics. Guess I’ll use my DVC for the resorts but use my $$ for Universal passes. I can only hope that Disney reads and heeds the numerous posts from various sites and makes some changes.

  10. Glenn Gossett

Ex Disney fan here. Been an unknown number of times. No more!!!!, done with them.
Ticket prices hikes, 20 buck hamburger, pay to park at their hotels, extra night hours now only for the high end hotels guest, changing song of the south for a hand full of cry babies. . I’m done with them! Universe gets my vote and $$$ .

These surveys are always such a joke, I never take them seriously. Doesn’t matter if it is done by fans, readers or supposed experts, I would say the way you judge is how many people go.
