        I got in bu 9:30. Picked tickets. Did credit card info. Etc but it never processes. Tried 3 times. Same thing. No confirmation emails. Can’t tell if they took my money or not. This is crazy. Same thing happened when my wife tried.

          Anthony, i got it and got to the payment portion and it actually took my money and put it right back in and just got an error message. something is going on with the website i think. the payment portion of the site.

          1. Error messages me 3x. Same thing happened to me. Payment lotion but then kicked you out when confirming purchase. Checked email & cc, no email or charge either. I’m so pissed

      You’re not an AP anymore. And so what if you are or were? Does that make you priveledged to get these tickets? No it does not.

      We waited a long time, 2 times in the que with an error in processing the payment. It happened to almost everyone. Not just you.

      Do you have the Disney app? I do and I was able to purchase my tickets within a minute. Of course I purchased them at 7:00am this morning. Super easy too. Then you can link the tickets to your Disney account. Best of luck.

      I joined at 9am and it said more than an hr. Then, it jumped to 34 min. And then 12 min. I waited and got through no problem. Yee!

    It let me in almost an hour ago said I had 10 minutes but I can still access it. Tried getting to checkout 3 times and each time there was an unexpected error but the card has been charged twice. I wish I could get ahold of someone

        same! My cousin logged in at the same time and had the “more than an hour” message… “26 minutes” and then “4 minutes” and purchased with no problems… I am still “more than an hour”….. frustrating………

    Be careful when you hit the error page after checking out. It STILL charges you even if it didn’t look like it went through. I ended up trying over and over and now I have about $2500 in extra charges and still no confirmation on a ticket.

    Tried getting the tickets multiple times. Received unexpected error as well. I have 4 charges on my card and have not received a confirmation email that my transaction was completed!

    I joined the queue at 9:00am and every time my %$#@ cell phone screen locks from sitting unattended, it knocks me back to the end of the bloody queue. I went from 39 minutes to more than an hour in the 2 seconds it took to get my phone unlocked. This system is broken.

    I made it to checkout, but then received an error message as well. My card shows that it was charged twice but I haven’t received any confirmation that the tickets were purchased.

      I heard that it can take over an hour to get the confirmation. Make sure to take photos of your purchased tickets on the page so that you have that at least if you never receive tickets!

        I FINALLY GOT MINE AFTER 4 HOURS, PHEW! i had joined the wait at 8:59am on my phone first, then my laptop. i got through first on my laptop, i didnt have any issues. i received a confirmation on the page, and got my email confirmation/tickets about 30min after. there were still days available for me, for anyone worried about it selling out. YOU GOT THIS!

        tip: i also didnt let my laptop screen time out!

    It is 11:45 and I entered the Queue at 9:10. My time has not changed at all and approximate wait time continues to read “more than an hour.” My husband has it up on his laptop and he is in the same boat. I wish it gave better instructions like “don’t refresh browser” or something…
    I feel like I’m not even in line.

    It’s 11:47 and I entered the queue at 9:10 on my cell phone. My time has not fluctuated once and the approximate wait time continues to read “more than an hour”
    My husband is on his laptop and he is in the same boat. I have not refreshed my page, so I wonder if it’s because my phone locked at one point. I don’t even feel like I’m really in line! It’s nice to read that some people made it to the purchase page.

    I have been waiting “in line” for over 3 hours. Still says more than hour wait and others who have logged in are getting tickets before me. Im about ready to tell disney to shove the tickets I bought for 4 days and never go again with this crap.

    I’ve been waiting since 8:52 am. For anyone who reads this and has questions about being charged but no confirmation, there’s been info from people on twitter who were finally able to get thru over the phone. A rep confirmed that if you got charged but didn’t receive a confirmation number then you did not get tickets. I am beyond frustrated and feel defeated. I’m not going to give up till bed time lol, thank God I’m home all day today. But shame on Disney for not handling their crap, or having a better IT team to avoid things like this happening.

      Are they going to refund you then? Same thing happened to me. Charged twice, no confirmation only an error. I have screenshots for receipts. I cannot get ahold of them, so I sent an email and I am just waiting.

      I logged in and got into the queue right at 9am, and it’s been saying “over an hour” all morning. Started working, and all of a sudden it didn’t give me a countdown, but that I can access the tickets as of 1:45pm and I have 10 minutes to finish my transactions.

      So check back on it periodically, it changes super quickly…! If I hadn’t checked right when I did, I most likely would’ve missed my 10-minute window.

      PS – when I went in to select my dates at 1:50pm, literally every single offered dates were still available if that makes anyone feel better. I also got an error when I tried to check out but that was my fault – you need to check off the little box on the bottom of the text box at the end right before submit to show that you read the <> of terms and conditions (I PDF’d my confirmation, that’s how I knew it was so many pages).

    Hello everyone! I got the tickets successfully after waiting since 9:20 am, it is not 4:20 AM. So it took about 7 hours. I see why people got the error, ur supposed to close the pop up and scroll down all the way to the bottom to ACCEPT terms and conditions and u will go move on forward with the order confirmation screen!

    I got in at 9am and waited 43 minutes in line. ERROR, ERROR, ERROR MESSAGES. Kicked out of the queue. Thankfully I had a 2nd line open. Another 40 minutes of trying and after more ERRORS, I finally got 1 confirmation page and 1 confirmation email about 5 minutes later. Checked the 2 cards I tired and I have over 8 charges reaching almost $3 THOUSAND dollars. THIS IS INSANE. Those charges better fall off, and NOT the one that did go through!

    Same thing happened to me! I tried three times, with an error message and no confirmation emails. Called my credit card company and found out I was indeed charged. Technically, it would be a fraudulent charge on Disney’s part, since they took money buy provided no receipt or confirmation of an exchange of goods or services.

    For those with error messages, this is technically a fraudulent charge by Disney. Remember, if you have problems with a purchase that involves billing disputes for credit cards or errors for debit cards, contact your credit or debit card issuer right away. You can also contact the seller, but don’t lose time with a slow process that could push you outside your legal protections for working with your credit or debit card issuer. I believe you have rights and protections for about 60 days. If that doesn’t work, report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

    Had the error message directly after hitting submit order yesterday, didn’t try again because I have my CC notifications set on and saw the charge immediately. Was on the phone waiting to speak to a CM for 3 hrs + while I worked, emailed Disney as well. Woke up this morning to still no confirmation email & still CC pending charges. Checked the site and the wait was less than 1 minute and site seems to be working fine. Nevertheless my experience yesterday soured my decision to try again. At least not until pending charges go away, we shall see.

    Ruby, who posted above, is way smarter than I am.

    We, too, have multiple charges on two different cards. All we received was an error message, so we had no way of knowing until after the fact. Fortunately, we used credit, but now it’s 24 hours later, and the errors have not yet been corrected.

    What about the hundreds, if not thousands of Disney superfans who paid using a debit card? Those false pending charges mean that people cannot access the cash in their bank accounts.

    In so many ways, Disney is telling us that we do not matter to them. No tram service. Half menus at even the most expensive restaurants. Closure of beloved dining locations. No parades and few live performances in the park. Sky high entrance prices with reduced hours. No information on APs, and the CEO of the entire corporation says we don’t spend enough money. Workers are poorly trained and not well treated–with needlessly strict scheduling requirements, etc.

    I adore Disneyland, but it breaks my heart to see them behave this way. It’s not that difficult to set up a reliable ticketing system–but it does cost money, and apparently, they are going to slash and cut at every opportunity, guest experience be damned.

    And yet, did I buy tickets to Oogie Boogie bash again this morning anyway, now that the system is fixed? Of course I did. I am a sentimental old fool, and because of people like me, Disney can get away with this kind of terrible customer service.

    I should be happy and excited, grateful to be able to afford to do something so cool to celebrate Halloween. Instead I feel badly.

    I agree that something is off because yesterday right at 950 am I got in the queue and it said more than 1 hour wait and that was on my laptop and then at 10 I got in the queue with my phone and it said 30 min wait! And counted down fast. I got my tickets and my computer still said more than 1 hour. That was weird!

    I’ve already lost out on a choice date and i still cant get past the error message during payment time,I’ve even clarified with my bank if they were to blame but nope its the Disney web apparently now I fear we are going to miss out if we cant get past that error message 🙁

      I am having the same problem. I am able to get in and put tickets into my cart the past 3 mornings. But as soon as I hit checkout…it has an error with my payment. I called my bank. No problems there. They said it has to be the website. The date I originally wanted is now no longer available because my payment won’t go through. This is very frustrating. I have no other form of payment. So now idk if I can even go at this point. Please let me know if there is any advice.
