We were at the front of the line during the first ride break down so decided to wait it out, around 30 40 minutes later ride was up and running again. Our party of 5 was about midway through ride when it broke down again we had to wait for techs to get us off ride and walk us all out of ride. Disney associates gave us all 1 time use Fast Passes for the inconvenience.
