According to the official Disney Careers website, the Disney Wish is currently searching for musicians who specialize in Nordic-style folk music and a vocalist for Frozen‘s theatrical dining experience.
The Disney Wish is designing a stage set right in the middle of the restaurant that will allow all dining Guests to experience Elsa’s icy magic while interacting with some favorite characters like Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf. Nordic-inspired music and cuisine will enchant Guests so they feel like they’re actually visiting Arendelle.

Three Nordic-style folk musicians from the Kingdom of Arendelle who will serenade dinner Guests alongside some of the loveable personalities from Disney’s Frozen.
VOCALIST: The lead vocalist should be engaging and versatile, preferably with musical expertise with the bodhran and other folk drums/percussion. Excellent sight-reading ability required. Preference is towards vocalists/musicians with top-notch rhythmic timing, adaptable in various styles of Nordic Folk musicianship, and excellent pitch and tone matching. A folk legit, mix and belt is required – with a dynamic vocal range: Females – G3 – F5, Males – G3 – F5. This entertainer may also play in other shipboard venues, with different musician combinations, as necessary.

VIOLIN/FIDDLE: The violinist/fiddler should be a versatile and knowledgeable folk-style musician with an engaging stage presence and the ability to sight-read quickly. The musician should possess a spirited and rhythmic style of fiddling, with the ability to shift to classical violin skills for a more orchestral musical offering. It is preferred to have a vast repertoire of music, for solo performances in various entertainment locations and events around the vessel – should the need arise. Background vocals are a plus, but not required, and additional instruments are welcomed!
NORDIC/FOLK-STYLE GUITAR: The guitarist should be a lively guitar player who is highly skilled, with an engaging showmanship onstage. The musician should possess a spirited and rhythmic style of play, with the ability to sight-read quickly and/or improvise in front of a large crowd. A Nordic folk style guitarist is required in the restaurant, however versatility in guitar play is desired for other performance venues. Preference is towards guitarists who are also vocalists, but instrumentalists may still be highly considered. Performer may also be asked to participate in other activities such as weddings and unique gatherings.

Auditions with callbacks will run through August to September, with rehearsals beginning in February 2022. The opening cast contract is expected to be from February 2022 to October 2022.
