It’s not the same without the Christmas parade. Raise the prices and take away the best part of the Christmas celebration which is the parade with Santa at the end.
Does this mean that there will be no night time entertainment or fireworks for those park guests who do not purchase an after hours event ticket from 11/8 to 12/21?
And now is that only going to be for people who stay at a resort. Not right. Bc it’s seems you are only catering to hotel guests. What about others that pay good money for tickets and are felt out.
Further word of warning… We are at Disney World, nearing the end of a two week visit. Luckily, after the last week and a half, w finally have more time to waste than experiences to enjoy. I pass on the following thoughts :
Tomorrow I make my sixth, probably unsuccessful, attempt at getting a boarding pass.
Today, running out of park days, I spent over 3 actual hours in a “125 minute” stand-by line for Flight of passage… since I could not schedule a fastpass 3 months ago when planning this trip after nearly 2 years away from the parks i had been used to visiting from Michigan 5 or 6 times a year.
Mobile food ordering means a longer wait, that cannot be avoided, because you have no way of knowing the length of the line ahead of you and opting for a less crowded venue.
Yes, Disney costs have gone up and will kikelycontinue to do so… but the value returned is eroding, as regards quality time expended for any return.
Even worse, the increased costs have increased the sense of entitlement of those who pay the price. Never, in years past, have I witnessed so much line jumping and general discourtesy from other visitors.
What Heck is wrong with Disney?!?
Just titling something “After Hours” immediately translates into 3 hours for $130-$190 per ticket.
This is rediculous!
We need to send disney a message and stop buying these over priced tickets.
I’m just done. Disney. You get no more of my money.
Why can’t you sell a normal reasonably priced ticket and NOT invent a new way of saying Unaffordable ticket for a crappy 3 hour event that sells too many tickets to make it worth the price.
The executives of Disney continue to dig their hole even further into the ground.
Walt Disney is rolling in his grave as Disney World has moved so far away from his vision of a family friendly theme park. Disney does NOT deserve one more dime.
i hope they have some special characters out and not just the ones they have on regular days. The princes with their princesses would be nice like they had at Very Merry parties.

Paying for fireworks now, and test marketing extra payment for shorter ride lines for the upcoming pay for fast pass.
It’s not the same MAGIC Kingdom anymore.
The only magic is being a stockholder or greedy CEO.

Looks like saying the word “Christmas” is against their new inclusiveness campaign..had a feeling this was coming.

Everything happening now can be blamed on the new ceo. It’s bs what he’s doing to Walt’s company and dream of wholesome family friendly experiences.
Tamara
I’d rather pay extra at Universal. Disney has become too money hungry.
