  1. The last (only) time I got a BP for ROTR the ride broke down when we were about 20 people from the “ride.” We sat on the stone floor for over an hour. Cast members were escorting people to the bathroom like we were hostages. After almost 2 hours they announced the ride was closed for the rest of the day and they were going to offer us a Fast Pass for any other ride inHollywood Studios. I had been trying for a YEAR to get on ROTR. I asked if they could give me a voucher to get on ROTR the next time we visited and they flat out refused. “The boarding queue doesn’t allow us to do this.” I replied, “I’m not asking you to alter the boarding queue. I’m asking for a piece of letterhead or a post-it note that says these people by no fault of their own missed the ride and they’re entitled to bypass the idiocy of pounding on their phone for a morning.” Nothing. No help. They refused to help. “You literally figured out how to have Abraham Lincoln stand up and talk to us, but you can’t print something on a printer from Walmart. I’m sorry I thought you were Imagineers.”

Note: if the ride breaks down, you’re screwed. You’re not getting on again.
