It’s simple, the lady just needs to give the park and around the time that she was there. She then needs to go to a photopass location usually at the front of each park. They can look up pictures/videos for her to find the pictures that are hers. It happens all the time. I usually find my pictures, it is just a pain to look for them but it almost always works.
