Let’s hope Disneyland offers the same incentive to their cast members. This way, those that haven’t been recalled yet, but may in the next few weeks, will be ahead of the game. It may also incentivize those that are currently working, as well, to get the vaccine.
Good Plan! No one forced to. But incentive to do so. And Disney will work their schedule around the Cast Members Vaccination Schedule. It would be to Disney’s benefit to work out a program to get them the Johnson and Johnson single dose. Which is what my wife’s school system did.

All unions need to be disbanded and made illegal as they do nothing for employees, but everything for the employer.
The union needs to be more concerned with protecting the employees, getting them more pay and better benefits.
Say NO to vaccines and masks.
