Disney has recently released their ticket prices for Walt Disney World in 2022, but what does it all mean?
The base price for a ticket has not increased from 2021 to 2022; however, ticket prices are based on Disney’s dynamic pricing model, so each day may vary in price depending on anticipated crowd levels. Therefore, you may find that the cost of your Disney trip in 2022 could vary from — or even be more expensive than — your 2021 trip, depending on the time of year or day of the week you decide to go.
Here are the most affordable days that you can visit Disney World in 2022!

Keep in mind that Disney is not selling new Annual Passes for Walt Disney World at this time. That is why understanding the ticket prices for 2022 can be so helpful for planning a trip to Disney World next year.
Vacation packages for 2022 have also been released and can be an easy and convenient way to book your Walt Disney World vacation. You can find the ticket information on the Walt Disney World website, or contact your travel agent!

In this article, we are going to look at a single-day ticket option and a Park Hopper ticket option, but there are other ticket options such as a Florida Resident Discover Ticket (which comes at a discount!) and other ways to save, which your travel agent can help you with.
The current price range for a one-day, one-park ticket is $109-$159, and that same price range also applies to 2022. However, if you compare certain dates in 2021 to the same dates in 2022, you may find that the cost of a ticket is slightly higher next year during the dates you are hoping to travel, if Disney considers those dates to be in higher demand in 2022 than in 2021. Overall, the general price range for a ticket to the Disney Parks is staying the same, but in this article we want to share some of the least expensive days to visit Walt Disney World Resort if you can only spend one day at the parks.

After taking a look at the 2022 Walt Disney World Resort calendar, we found that the cheapest days to go are in August and September of next year, if you purchase a standard theme park ticket that allows you to visit one park for one day. Several days in August and September of 2022 offer tickets at the base price of $109.
Here is a look at the August ticket prices for a single day at one park:

So, what about Park Hopper tickets?
August is the first day we see the lowest price point on the calendar: $174 for a one-day Park Hopper ticket.

And then September, as well, we can see that you can purchase a one-day Park Hopper ticket for the lowest price available, $174. Of course, this is because of the dynamic pricing model Disney uses. Depending on the time of year and how busy Disney expects the Disney World theme parks to be, the price of a ticket will vary.

From what we can tell, August and September offer some of the cheapest Disney World tickets you will find, if you are only looking to spend one day at the theme parks.
Keep in mind that as you purchase more than one day, your price per day will go down, and you find more ticket options on the Disney World website. Need help planning your Walt Disney World vacation?
