The artwork includes one character who has already been killed off (by Ahsooka herself) … I don’t even know her name but her and Ahsooka were only in that one episode so is it not more likely Ahsooka was better synergy for the artwork? Maybe these characters will be in the Ahsooka series so they added Ahsooka? If they were actually going to remove the Cara Dune character they would have announced it…. and Gina Carano would definitely be making a statement about it. The smear campaign is all based on untruths anyway. If Disney did want to fire her and took a look at her social media feed they would not find any reason to fire her…. but they would see that she is being harassed by profane trolls.
The purpose of entertainment is a respite from daily realities. I couldn’t give two —-s about the politics of a celebrity, but I do think Gina’s character is just about the highlight of the show. If this is a sign of things to come, I’ll be spending my streaming dollars elsewhere (and still watch the show as long as it might hold my interest, since PirateBay proves unstoppable.)
