Sadly the numbers are not going down and most likely won’t for quite some time. Theme parks should remain closed until the pandemic is over. Until then, there will continue to be issues in keeping people safe
If they can reopen with restrictions, they should. They’ve been more than ready to for months. Most of the rides have outdoor or partially outdoor queues. I’d say it would be better for all concerned to reopen with restrictions (limited capacity, masks) than to wait indefinitely to reopen with no restrictions.
