My rebuttal is below but I would like you too read this first to know that I am not angry nor hurt and I respect your opinion as long as you respect mine
I know what you read will go in one ear and out the other but I encourage you to be more respectful to people online just like I will try harder and I will not comment on this thread anymore on anything that seems hateful in anyway but I want you to know that even though we have different opinions, I don’t value you as a human being any less than I do of anyone else

I disagree with everything your saying
this virus is not as bad as you think
99% survival rate but I get it
a 1% chance of death is terrifying
the CDC themselves have stated that 6% of all covid deaths are from just covid and no other conditions leaving the grand total of around 15000 deaths out of 258000 and 258000 deaths out of 12.5 million cases since march
and people are not stupid to want to travel. They may want to god forbid see their family or even worse take a vacation THE AUDACITY OF SOME PEOPLE THESE DAYS.
Now Im not going to say that the death counts are not bad because even 1 death is bad but in the grand scheme of things, THIS VIRUS ISN’T BAD.
This country is tired of this and it is showing up through people defying california curfews because Covid strikes after 10pm apparently and don’t for one second say the California governor is trying to protect the people. he was caught breaking his own rules
Well said Harry, it baffles me when you look at those numbers and try to figure out why people like matt and robert are still so scared. They obviously can’t think for themselves and are being good little minions of the media and left!
I think this year has been hard on everyone and this information is a lot harder to come across because the media isn’t giving the people the news it should and it only gives you news with its agenda and it causes people to not really look beneath the surface but we shouldn’t give everyone a hard time because if we want to make a difference,we need to show kindness by not shoving our arguments in everyone’s faces and respecting each persons opinions. people will be more willing to listen if we listen to them.
You are aware that neither the CDC nor N95 manufacturers ever claimed the masks were effective in preventing the spread of any virus, right? Fauci, himself, was quoted saying the mask were “largely symbolic”.
The only gear that would accomplish what so many believe masks do would be SCUBA and totally contained biohazard suits, complete over kill for a virus that only kills 1 in 39,000 it infects. It’s understandable that children and overly emotional women could be so easily by fear; but you grown males that put so much faith into government “officials”, ya’ll are the real problem with modern America.
Only butter, sitting on the table all day long, is softer than today’s left-leaning males.

Are you just mentally incompetent or don’t understand how disease works.
This isn’t a “sign we want to get back to normal”. We have wanted “normal” since day one of finding out how bad this was going to be.
What this is a “sign of” is how stupid people are to be traveling during The Worst Surge Since It Started.
It is this Stupidity that is why we aren’t already heading towards normal.
The last time our daily death numbers were this bad we weren’t adding over 1 million confirmed cases in Under 7 Days.
